If you do not see results after 12 weeks of use, you can claim our money-back guarantee. It is important that you use the product regularly and as directed for at least 12 weeks.
To qualify for our money-back guarantee, simply follow these steps:
- Take a clear photo of your eyelashes or eyebrows before using LIVLY serum (the photo must be without make-up or mascara, and must have a date and time stamp from your phone's gallery).
- Take a photo of your eyelashes/eyebrows after 12 weeks of use.
- Send these photos to our email - info@livlycosmetics.com vai using the contact form at the bottom of the page.
- Your application will be processed within 3-5 business days after submission.
Please make sure your photos have valid date and time proof (must be screenshots from your phone gallery).
Please also make sure that both the before and after photos are without make-up or mascara so that we can assess your progress.
A money-back guarantee request can be submitted no later than 5 months after receiving the product.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a refund of the result. We reserve the right to reject a refund request if we (acting reasonably) are not satisfied with the quality of the evidence provided.
If you experience an allergic reaction or irritation after using the product, please contact us and we will refund your money. In order to assess the situation, we ask that you send a short description and a photo showing the reaction. As with any cosmetic product, a small percentage of users may have an individual sensitivity to one of the ingredients.
